ABOUT T&TMUN

Going into its tenth year, the Torrey MUN Team is an internationally ranked Model United Nations team. Our main goal is to foster discussions on international relations and conflict resolution within the La Jolla Country Day School community while at the same time preparing students for MUN conferences at the local, national, and international levels. Historically, the team has participated in PANAMUN (Panama) and THIMUN (The Hague), as well as conferences at UCLA, UC Berkeley, and Yale. We are extremely excited to co-host the sixth annual T&TMUN Conference with our partners from Preuss and we hope the conference proves as rewarding as the first three.​​​

The Preuss MUN Team at The Preuss School UC San Diego prepares students for pre-professional life with essential skills in debate, writing, and collaboration. We aim to strengthen the bond between students by giving them a platform to learn about and speak on international affairs. At Preuss MUN, we emphasize the importance of social injustices, global issues, and domestic issues. We value integrity, professionalism, respect for diversity, intellectual leadership, and growing as a global citizen. We hope to see delegates from all over the world participate in T&TMUN and are excited to be co-hosting it for its sixth year with La Jolla Country Day.
